other than that it's great, a midevil themes one would be cool, where you could stretch somone on the wrack, or smash thier toes and fingers right above the knuckle, teeth and fingernail pulling too!

it just gets too hard too fast, maybe have the germs blow back or slow down after being shot? and a selection of weapons would be great too.
